Confidence is a process of learning who you truly are. When you feel your most self, you will exert confidence. Therefore, confidence is definitely something that can be learned. You learn something new about yourself every day, it is something that takes time, effort and comes with a lot of layers. If you are putting in the energy to work on yourself, confidence is something that will come along as a result of that. To learn to be confident it is about training your brain to believe that you are confident. Changing negative thoughts into positive thoughts is a great way to start off your confidence journey. For example, if you are out in public and think that everyone is staring at you or judging you, change that thought to, everyone is looking at me because I look so good today or because I am wearing a cute fit.
