DOCH the label was founded by strong, visionary 19 year old who wanted to create activewear that not only celebrated women's strength but also uplifted and empowered them. Confidence is a process of learning who you truly are. When you feel your most self, you will exert confidence. Therefore, confidence is definitely something that can be learned. You learn something new about yourself every day, it is something that takes time, effort and comes with a lot of layers.

Confidence is built through acceptance of who you truly are. Acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses and using it to your own advantage. It is built overtime and there is no quick fixes. Confidence is a belief and if you believe that you are worthy then confidence is something that follows. Conf
